Here's my list of games I own and played (mostly own, note I don't know Japanese (or much anyway) so most of these have patches or are lisensed... yay me. You need to have a good guide when reading Tsukihime, the point based system of the game is trash. But the story is good (except that the main char is even more of an indecisive wuss than Shirou).

Bad point system :X,I better stay off Tsukihime for awhile then i don't really like the fact the point system exists im bad at making decisions

Wow, you guys make me feel like a total newb! I haven't played nearly as many as you have!

Aside from the OEL ones, I've played:

Galaxy Angel (beat it with Forte)
Shuffle! (Played Sia and Nerine's paths)
Tsukihime (Didn't finish it, though)
Higurashi (Played most of the first one)
Princess Debut

And I dunno if you count these, but:
Tokimeki Memorial GS1 ( I believe I got 5 of the endings)
Tokimeki GS2 (almost finished with Hariya's path)
Princess Maker 2 (beat it SO many times! Still love it!)
And almost every Harvest Moon game I can get my hands on, lolz.

Anyone else disappointed by the lack of translated otome games? o3o
