My only design right now is "lots of points". The thing all popular gem games have in common is lots of frequent rewards and bonuses to keep the player hooked.
It needs to be visually interesting too, like having the gems shatter when you collect them.

Our company won't live or die by this game. We have other designs too, that some of the other guys are doing. We're trying to build a catalog of game designs that
we can pull from for future projects.

By game design I mean the process of developing the idea for a game. It's core concepts and rules.
This is just a prototype. I'm sure the artists will do a better job than me at making the graphics.

I just got a problem, my game will have two audios, in japanese and in portuguese...

I think it would be interesting for novelty to have two audio option in the text, and the possibility to put an option to choose the language in the game...

You could also copy your whole novel and set all the voice to japanese for the copy. Then let player decide at the start of the game which 'path' they want to follow and then go there using the choice-action.

For now, at least, until there may be an easier way.

Multilingual support is something I've planned for Novelty Pro, since it will have more features aimed for mid to large sized productions.

Just making a post to let you all know that I'm in crunch-mode at work, hence my recent inactivity. We're in the final stretch of our new company's first game: "Mega Stunt Mayhem". Hopefully you'll all try it once it comes out on iPhone in a few weeks (and Android soon after).
