So I was browsing the internet for software that can help with story branching and I found this : http://www.inklestudios.com/inklewriter/
that looks promising. I try first without registering and it's fun and easy to use tools. Basically you can write any story there and then make branch to make the story more interactive.

And if you didn't have email or simply don't want to use your email apparently you can register without email : http://www.inklestudios.com/inklewriter/education/

There are a lot of CYOA/Gamebook editors. For instance, there are also these two, also free:

Free, opensource, and has a graphical map mode integrated into the editor. You can pan around, see the connections between your nodes of text/content, place new nodes, and double click any node to start editing. You can use Twine in your local browser or download it. No login or account necessary.

This is a newer one that reminds me of both Twine and Inklewriter. It doesn't have a 'map' view but appears to be actively developed. Like Inklewriter, an account is needed, but only for publishing?
