I really like the art style you've got going there; kind of water-color-ish. I think it looks excellent.

The first two are absolutely lovely! But somehow, the extra-added texture of the third detracts from the soft blending... The background and her vest are textured, darker and more grainy, which makes them stand out from her soft skin and hair. The eyes go to her vest rather than to the pretty girl.

They look like modified tracings of Persona 4, but I could be mistaken.

Are these testing characters? The colours are pretty messy and do not really stick to the lines and it bothers me a little, but other than that it looks decent.

As for the characters, I like the top style the most. Try a little soft shading to give them more life, maybe.

it looks like you took photos and threw a quick filter on it and called it a day. The characters are fine in that style if that's what you want, but the backgrounds dont match at all. I'd have you trace over the pics you used and put it in that style or make water color backgrounds period to replace those. As placeholders the bkgrds are ok before finalizing it.
