What if I used my american style?

I was just wondering would I risk getting my VN poorly distributed if I used my cartoon style as oppose to my manga style. I mean, I'm not gonna do eroge anyway so would it matter.

Go for it! I have tremendous respect for artists who are able to develop their own art style and stick to it.

If your going for a scott pilgrim style cause that's what your emulating unless your the one that made that game and comic.
